Aromatherapy-Baths with essential oils


If you are tired and swollen feet, try the bath with essential oils. Aromatic Foot Bath (for medium coarse skin and to relieve fatigue) Ice cubes, menthol oil or fresh lemon juice. 
Add a tray of ice cubes for feet (as much as you want), transfer 2 drops of menthol oil or lemon juice.  Take a bath for 10 - 15 minutes.
Oatmeal bath with herbs and milk (soothing bath softens the skin)
2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, fresh or dried lavender or 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
 Vsypte oatmeal and lavender in a warm water bath, add milk and essential oil, mix well.  Allow the ingredients to settle down, take a bath of 10-15 minutes.
Bath with essential oils (to warm)
5 drops of essential oil of pepper, cinnamon oil, clove oil, water, nourishing cream.
 Pour hot water (40-42 � C) and add the essential oils.  Lower legs (arms), hold for 20 minutes, then brush with a nourishing cream and massage thoroughly.

Calming essential bath
1. The water is warm, essential oil of lavender and chamomile.
 Add a little warm water a few drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil.  Dip into the water feet and take bath for 15 minutes.
2. Warm water, tea tree oil or menthol.
 Pour warm water into a bowl, place a large essential oil (5-8 drops), and lower legs in the tub.  Hold 15 minutes, gently blot with a towel, rub your feet with a pumice stone (or with the scrub), rinse with cool water.
Essential baths (to relieve fatigue and pain, contribute to the rapid normalization of tissue blood flow and eliminate muscle tension)
1. Essential oil of basil, geranium, marjoram, mint, juniper and rosemary.
 In a warm foot bath, add 5-10 drops of any essential oil.  If the feet are often swollen, slightly increase the amount - 10-15 drops.
2. 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 4 drops of rosemary oil.
 Add the warm water bath for baking soda and salt, stir until dissolved.  Then place a large rosemary oil and take a foot bath.
3. 1 drop of lavender oil, rosemary and cypress or 2 drops of geranium oil and 5 drops of cypress and rosemary (if poor blood supply).
 In the water for the bath, add essential oils, take bath for 15-20 minutes.
Aromatic baths (fatigue and tension leg)
2 tablespoons sea salt, 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 2 drops of lemon oil, 2 drops of sandalwood oil, 2 drops of oil of coriander, 2 liters of water.
 Add all ingredients in warm water, pour into a bowl and dip his feet, the water must cover the ankle.  Take a bath for 15 minutes, then wipe dry and wet his feet with lotion or melted butter.
Essential bath (with Athlete's Foot)
1. 9 drops of tincture of sage, lavender essential oil or mint, vinegar, water.
 Add the brandy and sage essential oil of lavender or peppermint to cool water for foot baths.  Take the ether bath 15 minutes, then Wash feet in the bath with a weak solution of vinegar.
2. 10 drops oil of sage.
3. 5 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of lemon oil.
 In a bowl with warm water, add essential oils.  Take a bath 15 minutes.
Bath with essential oils (from the cracks, for skin elasticity, deodorizing agent)
250 ml of milk or honey, salt solution (1 tablespoon honey or salt to 250 ml of water)., 5 drops of essential oil of cypress, lemon and pine.
 In a glass of warm milk, honey or salt solution, add essential oil and pour the mixture into a small bowl with hot water.  Take a bath for 30-40 minutes, then blot with a towel and brush with feet or nourishing moisturizer.
